Background photos make your #LinkedIn profile immediately attractive

linkedin banner MWH teachingBig, bold, colorful. Be that way too, visually, to start the reader along his/her way of finding you interesting. Use a background photo (aka banner) at the top of your profile.

Most people fail to add this (if you didn’t add one yet you have a field of blue with interconnected dots).

It’s really easy to implement and most effective in making an immediate visual statement of “what I do.”

Mine is above.

I recently added a picture of the cover of my book to the top right corner. You see me in action. I made this mosaic myself. Or be creative too and make one yourself. Use the link above to the Help Center for size and other suggestions.

You can simply choose ones from any of these links too:

Just choose one for your profile and make it eye-opening about you.
