“There is no such thing as a stupid question,” I always interrupt when an attendee or a coaching client frames the beginning of a question to me.
If you need to know, ask.
You may already know the answer and need a memory jog. Or you may need to refine the question, and thus the answer, as your knowledge increases. Or you may just need to know and don’t know where to look.
