The radio station’s weather report comes on every 10 minutes. I was especially interested in Wednesday’s forecast. In 30 minutes, it changed 3 times.
What am I to believe?
The last one or the one I wanted to hear?
Can they be so wrong in three repetitions that they have to re-forecast?
That got me thinking about how we communicate to the interested repeat reader/listener of our work (should be one in the same, right?).
And specifically, are you consistent and reliable in repeat readings of your LinkedIn profile?
And are you clear?
If not, you had better re-forecast out those gloomy days of no business and make a change to sunnier days of warmth and new prospects.
