#LinkedIn for grads

(Parents and those who love their grads: feel free to pass this along.)

Youfirstjob are getting ready to graduate and learn the lessons of the working world. To get along in the working world, a resume is good, but a great LinkedIn profile is essential.

What they don’t teach you in college or grad school is that networking is s a lifetime art that you must practice to make perfect.

Build that network starting now with your friends, your colleagues, other new professionals and older, more experienced role models you come across that you can learn from and leverage off their connections.

Jump in head first and meet, nurture and grow with your network. Use LinkedIn to do so. LinkedIn provides a great deal of resources to help you. And a special LinkedIn group for you too.
