Set a timer. Work on #LinkedIn. Ding. Stop.

Friday’s blog post on time spent managing the time spent on LinkedIn seems to have hit a nerve. I have never had so many people retweet, share, and follow me after a blog posting. Thanks so much.

So I am providing the link to that post again JIC you missed it. You were probably busy…

timerAnd to add one more easy tip to managing your time:

Try using a kitchen timer (easy to get at a dollar store) and set it for 30 minutes at the beginning or end of your business day.

Work your personal learning network with great quality material and share with your connections on LinkedIn.

Or do it during lunch.

Stop working on LinkedIn when it dings.

Now you have a bit more discipline in constructively managing the investment you are making in the brand of YOU.
